“Energy Efficiency Award 2010” for companies from trade and industry

Closing date for applications for the Energy Efficiency Award 2009 was the 7 February 2010.  We would like to thank all applicants from all over the world for their interesting entries. A high-ranking jury will now choose three winning projects. The prize giving ceremony will take place during the “World Energy Dialogue” at the industrial fair HANNOVER MESSE 2010 on 21 April 2010. The prize money amounts to a total of 30.000 Euro.  Good luck to all applicants!

The competition is being organized as part of the Initiative EnergieEffizienz, a platform for action for the efficient use of electricity in all consumer sectors which is supported by dena and the energy companies EnBW, E.ON, RWE and Vattenfall Europe, and is sponsored by the Federal Ministry of Economics and Technology (BMWi). The Deutsche Messe and the DZ BANK AG are dena’s partner in the competition.
